Depending on the nature of your request, we can pick up your bike in our workshop or propose an appointment with one of our Guardians for a repair at home or at your office. Everything has been thought of so that your bike is returned to you as soon as possible.
Have your bike serviced by a professional. We recommend an annual service to anticipate possible problems related to the daily use of your bike. We will offer you an adapted package and a revision assured by our experts in our workshop.

No subscription is necessary: your Angell is protected as soon as you receive it. Simply download the Angell application and register your profile.
The guarantee is complete and without surprises, as long as you do a few simple things:
If despite your caution and its built-in security systems, your Angell was stolen, we take care of everything.
As soon as we receive a copy of your complaint, to be sent to us by email at back@angell.bike, within a maximum of forty-eight hours after the theft has been reported, we will do everything we can to find your Angell, within 12 days.
- If we are unable to do so, we will replace it with a bike in the same or better condition than yours.
- If your bike is recovered, we will return it to you as soon as our workshops are satisfied that the essential functions of your Angell have not been damaged or that there is no risk to your safety.
We will make every effort during this period to provide you with a courtesy bike to keep you moving while your case is being processed.
