IMPORTANT
Recall of first-generation Angell Mobility ebikes*.
*See below for concerned models.
We would like to inform you of the recall of all first-generation Angell e-bikes, following the detection of isolated cases of frame breakage.
We have launched an in-depth analysis of the affected bicycles. Although the definitive conclusions of this analysis are pending, we suspect that the frame gluing process may be involved in these incidents.
As a precautionary measure and in the interests of our customers' safety, we ask all holders of first-generation bikes to stop using them immediately. If you have sold, given away or know someone who owns and uses one of these bikes, we thank you in advance for informing them of the potential risks and asking them to stop using the bike immediately.
This recall does not apply to the latest generation bikes: MINI E-Bike 1, Rapide Core, Rapide +.
