The tests are already available in several cities in France and Europa. Do not hesitate to register via this link, a slot will be offered to test our bikes with one of our ambassadors.

Your Angell is covered by a 2-year warranty, which starts from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing and parts defects in the frame, fork, and all original components.

We have a national service center located in the Paris area. Angell bikes requiring maintenance or repair are sent there after processing your request. Turnaround times vary, but we are constantly improving our productivity to ensure that your bike is immobilised for the little time possible. For minor repairs or adjustments, we also have a network of Angell Guardians who can come to your home to fix the issue.

Once you receive your bike, you have 14 days to test it. If it does not suit you, you can use your right of withdrawal during this period by sending an e-mail to support@angellmobility.com.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If accessories have been purchased, they must be given to the carrier.

Once the bike has been returned, we will refund 100% of the cost of your bike.

Please remember to keep the original carton. It is also mandatory to pack your order properly.
The carrier has the right to refuse to take back a bike if it is not properly packed.Please note: The bike must be returned in perfect condition. If damage is found, the amount of the repairs will be deducted from your refund.
